Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more prior to departure, no fee will be charged.
- 15 days or more before departure, 50% of the order will be charged.
- 7 to 14 days (excluding 7 days) prior to departure, 70% of the order will be charged for cancellation.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the order price.
Note:
- Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We will depart on time and no refunds will be given if you do not arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Please bring your own water, clean clothes/swimwear/shoes (you may get wet during the tour), towels (if you choose to play in the water), sunglasses, hats, camera (with SD card, camera case, waterproof case, etc.).
- CHILDREN 12 years and younger: It is required that children 12 years old and younger must wear a life vest at ALL TIMES while on the boat. Any violations of this law will result in termination of the voyage and no refunds will be issued. We kindly ask that parents with young children please ensure that your child/children are seated while the boat is in motion.
- The ground handling agency reserves the right to adjust the tour time due to factors such as tour period, weather, transportation, or other objective factors. It is not recommended for tourists to leave the group in advance. Any losses caused by personal reasons such as leaving the group in advance will be borne by the tourists themselves, and the tour fees already paid will not be refunded or compensated in other services.
- In each group of tourists, there must be at least one adult over 18 years old. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle for all itineraries.
- For long weekend holidays such as New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, etc., if the price is temporarily adjusted, we will contact you to confirm the order.
- PARKING LOCATION: To reach us, drive toward 100 Wahweap Boulevard, Page, AZ 86040. As you approach, you'll pass the Lake Powell Resort on your LEFT. Continue driving past the orange traffic cones and the inspection building, where you'll see a digital sign indicating that the Wahweap Launch Ramp is closed. Keep going until you reach the bottom of the launch ramp, marked by large traffic barricades. Parking IS allowed on the LEFT side of the ramp, so disregard any, "No Parking" signs indicating towing.
- CHECK-IN Procedure: Once parked, please walk onto the LEFT dock and look for the boat with a neon green flag. This is where you will check-in with your captain. Please arrive at the dock 15 min before your departure time. THE TOUR START ON TIME. IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT 10 MINUTES BEFORE START TIME, YOU FORGO YOUR SPOT AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
- We operate on PHOENIX, ARIZONA time.
- ALL VEHICLES will be required to present a Glen Canyon Park pass upon entrance to the Glen Canyon Recreation area. This can be purchased at the booth on your way into the park. If you already have an Annual National Park Pass, this will work to get you in.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT: It is required that passengers are physically able to walk the distance of approximately 400 yards down and uphill from the parking location to the boat dock, and can step down into and out of the boat.
- WE START ON TIME- Please arrive early to allow time for parking, using the restroom, and walking down to the dock.
- ALLOWED ITEMS: Bags, water bottles, snacks, shoes, jackets, sunscreen, swim suites, towels. Alcohol is allowed but glass bottles are prohibited. **This is NOT a booze cruise.
