1. Booking & Payment

  • All tours must be booked via our website or authorized agents.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.


2. Cancellations & Changes

  • Guests may cancel their tour according to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.
  • Changing the travel date is considered a cancellation and subject to applicable fees.
  • No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.
  • If a booking is confirmed or under review (e.g., payment received), cancellations will follow the applicable policy.
  • For special or custom tours, separate cancellation terms may apply.


3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Tour details, including duration, itinerary, and inclusions, are listed on each product page.
  • Unless specifically stated, meals, personal expenses, and optional activity fees are not included in the tour price.


4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring their contact information is correct and that they are reachable before departure.
  • The tour guide will contact guests the day before the tour. If you are on a flight or cruise that day, inform us in advance.
  • At least one adult (18+) is required per booking. Pets are not allowed on the tour bus.
  • Guests must follow all safety rules and instructions from guides.
  • Leaving the tour early is not recommended. No refunds or compensation will be provided for early departure.


5. Child Safety & Equipment

  • Children under 8 may require a child safety seat, depending on the vehicle. Rental is available at $10/person/day.
  • Please inform us at the time of booking if you are traveling with children under 8.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events, UTOUR reserves the right to adjust or cancel part or all of the itinerary. Guest safety is our priority.


8. Insurance & Liability

UTOUR LLC maintains active commercial liability insurance for our tour operations. However, this does not include coverage for individual guest circumstances, such as travel delays, cancellations, medical issues, or lost property. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including but not limited to illness, trip interruptions, baggage loss, or medical emergencies.

UTOUR is not responsible for acts or omissions by third-party service providers such as hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, and activity operators. These providers operate independently and are not employees or agents of UTOUR. As such, UTOUR disclaims any liability for losses, delays, or damages caused by these third parties.

UTOUR assumes no responsibility for force majeure events including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, civil unrest, government actions, or any other circumstance beyond our control. No refunds will be provided for unused services due to such events.
