        Important Note:

        ⦁ Yellowstone in-park cabins offer limited amenities due to their historic and rustic nature. If you prefer modern hotel facilities, we do not recommend upgrading.

        Please confirm before placing an order, if there is a dispute about the meeting time and pick-up points when you board the tour and ask for compensation, it will not be accepted.

        Cancellation Policy

        • 30 days or more prior to departure, no fee will be charged.
        • 15 days or more before departure, 50% of the order will be charged.
        • 7 to 14 days (excluding 7 days) prior to departure, 70% of the order will be charged for cancellation.
        • Cancellation less than 7 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the order price.


        Important Cancellation & Change Policies

        · No refund or rescheduling will be allowed if a guest arrives late or is unable to participate in the tour for any reason on the departure day.

        · Changing the travel date for the same itinerary is considered a cancellation, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.

        · If the booking is confirmed or pending processing (e.g., payment completed and awaiting confirmation), cancellation will follow the refund policy outlined above.

        · These are standard group tour policies. If a special tour has different terms, the specific special tour policy will apply.

        * If the cancellation fees calculated based on the above refund percentages do not fully cover the company's actual losses, the customer shall compensate for the actual loss. However, the total compensation will not exceed the full booking amount


        Change Policy

        · A change fee of $25 per request will apply. No changes are allowed within 7 days (including the departure day).

        Changes include:

        · Modifying the pick-up location

        · Adding extra participants

        · Updating flight information for a second time

        ★ If a change results in a lower total booking cost (e.g., reducing the number of participants or rooms), the price difference will be processed according to the cancellation policy, in addition to the $25 change fee.

        ★ For name changes or room modifications, the $25 change fee applies, and any price difference will also be handled according to the cancellation policy.


        Please carefully read the following terms before booking. Payment confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

        ★ Important Notes

        ⦁ The tour guide will contact you the day before departure, so please ensure your phone remains accessible. If you are on a flight or cruise the day before the tour, kindly inform us in advance so we can arrange an earlier contact.

        ⦁ The local tour operator reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions and routes based on actual circumstances such as tour dates, weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen factors.

        ⦁ Leaving the tour early is not recommended. Any losses caused by early departure will be the responsibility of the guest, and the tour fee will not be refunded or compensated with other services.

        ⦁ If unforeseen circumstances prevent the use of Nappa Business Class for the entire trip, we will compensate $100 per person. However, if Nappa Business Class is unavailable for only part of the trip, no compensation will be provided.

        ⦁ The two nights of accommodation inside Yellowstone National Park are not guaranteed to be in the same hotel. 

        ⦁ Due to limited hotel availability inside Yellowstone, room types are not guaranteed and may not include double beds.

        ⦁ Entrance ticket prices are for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice.

        ⦁ Hotel Rooms: Standard rooms include two beds; no additional beds will be provided for the third, fourth person, or children in the room.

        ⦁ Adult Requirement & Pet Policy: Each tour group must have at least one adult (18+ years old). Pets and animals are not allowed on the tour bus.

        ⦁ Hotel Check-in & Smoking Policy: Hotel check-in time is after 3:00 PM. All rooms are non-smoking, smoking in the room will result in a fine of $250 or more. In cities other than Las Vegas, guests must check in independently on the first night of airport pickup using their itinerary confirmation or hotel confirmation number and valid ID.

        ⦁ For all small-group tours, room types are not guaranteed. If guests choose triple or quadruple occupancy, we will make every effort to arrange a room with two beds, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If an extra bed is needed, guests must inquire directly at the hotel front desk, subject to hotel policies and availability, with any additional costs being the guest's responsibility.

        ⦁ We guarantee the number of rooms for guests but do not guarantee specific room types or locations within the hotel.

        ⦁ Hotel Deposit: Most hotels require a deposit of $50-$100, which will be refunded upon checkout.

        ⦁ Holiday Surcharge: During long weekends and holidays (New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.), hotel prices may change. We will notify you of any adjustments at the time of order confirmation.

        ⦁ Room Sharing Service: Only available for bookings made at least 15 days before departure.

        ⦁ Mandatory Fees: All mandatory fees are bundled and non-refundable. If the attraction is included is closed, an alternative site will be arranged. If no alternative is available, a refund for that specific attraction will be provided.

        ⦁ Same Pick-up Location for Roommates: Guests sharing a hotel room must board from the same pick-up location.

        ⦁ Service Fee Policy: Service fees are calculated per day, and guests must pay the service fee even if they choose self-check-in, self-guided tours, or early departure (except in Los Angeles).

        ⦁ Admission Tickets: Guests must purchase tickets from the tour guide and cannot bring their own or use City Pass. Ticket prices are based on the venue's current rates. If a guest insists on using their own tickets, transportation and guide services will not be provided for that day.

        ⦁ Luggage Policy: Each guest is allowed to have one 28-inch suitcase due to vehicle size and passenger capacity limitations. Any excess luggage that cannot be accommodated will be the guest’s responsibility.

        ⦁ This multi-day tour involves extensive walking and is not recommended for infants under 2 years old, seniors over 75 years old, or pregnant women. Those who choose to join the tour do so at their own risk. Guests aged 75+ or pregnant women must submit a signed waiver, either electronically or in print, with signatures from themselves and at least one direct family member before confirmation.

        ⦁ Tour guides and drivers work for 10 hours per day, starting from the agreed meeting time. No overtime fees apply if the itinerary proceeds as scheduled. However, if guests request additional stops or extended stays, the proposing guest(s) or the entire group must cover the overtime cost. If delays are caused by guest tardiness, the responsible guest must cover the overtime fee of $120 per hour (charged in full-hour increments).

        ⦁ Due to vehicle safety regulations, some vehicles require children under 8 years old to use a child safety seat. Rental seats are available for $10 per child per day. Guests traveling with children under 8 years old must notify customer service or note this requirement at the time of booking.
