        Please confirm before placing an order, if there is a dispute about the meeting time and pick-up points when you board the tour and ask for compensation, it will not be accepted.

        ★ Cancellation Policy:

        • 30 days or more prior to departure, no fee will be charged.
        • 15 days or more before departure, 50% of the order will be charged.
        • 7 to 14 days (excluding 7 days) prior to departure, 70% of the order will be charged for cancellation.
        • Cancellation less than 7 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the order price.

        Note: If you are late for the tour or cannot join the tour for other reasons on the day of the tour, no refund or change will be made.

        ★ Precautions:

        • Your tour guide will contact you one day before the tour. Please keep your phone available for communication. If you are traveling by plane or cruise ship the day before your departure, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make necessary arrangements.
        • There may be temporary security checks during the trip, so please limit your luggage to backpacks and shoulder bags. If necessary, you can store your luggage at the hotel front desk or our office (open Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm).
        • The local travel agency reserves the right to adjust the order of visiting scenic spots and cities based on the actual conditions on the day of departure (such as tour period, weather, transportation, or other factors). We do not recommend leaving the group early, as any losses caused by personal reasons will not be refunded or compensated by other services.The ticket price listed is for reference only. If there are any changes, we will not notify you separately. Please purchase tickets with your tour guide and do not bring your own tickets or use City Pass. If you insist on using your own ticket, we cannot provide transportation, tour guide, or other services for the day.
        • There must be at least one adult over 18 years old in each group of tourists, and pets or animals are not allowed on the tour.During long weekends such as New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas, hotel prices may be adjusted. We will contact you to confirm the order if this is the case.
        • All necessary fees include visiting scenic spots. If a scenic spot is closed on the day of the trip, it will be replaced with another scenic spot at no additional cost. If there is no replacement, we will refund the corresponding fee.
        • The service fee is calculated on a daily basis, and it needs to be paid for airport pickup, self-check-in at the hotel (except for Los Angeles), independent tour, or early departure. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
        • For some car models, children under 8 years old are required to use a safety seat. The local agency provides rental services for $20/person/day. If there are children under 8 years old in your group, please indicate this when placing your order.
        • Luggage policy: Due to vehicle size and group capacity , suitcases are not allowed on this tour. Free luggage storage is available in the departure city. (Locks provided; key replacement fees apply. Please keep your key safe, the company is not responsible for loss.)

        ★ Vehicle Details:

        • For groups of 6 or more travelers, transportation will be provided in a premium Nappa business-class vehicle. For groups of fewer than 6, a comfortable 7-seat business vehicle will be arranged.
        • All vehicles are covered by $1,000,000 commercial insurance to ensure safe and worry free travel.
        • In the unlikely event that a Nappa business-class vehicle cannot be provided for the entire duration of the trip for groups of 6 or more due to force majeure (such as unexpected mechanical issues or weather conditions), each guest will receive a $20 compensation.
